New fresh sandwich shop to open on Dundee’s Nethergate
A businessman’s plans for a new sandwich shop in Dundee city centre have been given the go-ahead.
The former Santander and one-time Bradford & Bingley branch on the Nethergate, at the corner of Whitehall Street, will become a fresh sandwich shop.
Officers at Dundee City Council approved the application from FMV Entertainment Ltd – run by local entrepreneur Tahir Ramzan.
Mr Ramzan said: “I’m very happy the plans have been approved. I look forward to this new venture in the city centre providing high quality ‘food to go’ options and creating new jobs.”
Not much more information is known at the moment but this looks like one to watch!
