Martin Compston hits Dundee City Square as filming takes place for latest female-led crime show ‘Traces’

Today (July 2) Line of Duty Star Martin Compston is in Dundee as filming takes place in the city square for brand new, female-led crime show ‘Traces’.
The new drama, created by Val McDermid, is made by an all-female production team.
The series is set in Dundee itself and follows three women who join forces to uncover the truth about an unsolved murder case.
Although Martin won’t be playing a leading role in the series, the popular star got plenty of attention from locals when in Dundee today.
It’s turning out to be a great summer for TV production in Dundee.
