Slessor Gardens is all set for an 80s takeover this Summer – and SeeDundee will cover the entire event

Slessor Gardens’ latest musical takeover has been officially confirmed this week.
The DunDee 80s event, which is all set to grace the much-loved Slessor stage this Summertime, will feature iconic performers from across the era, including the debonair English pop group ABC, former Ultravox singer Midge Ure, and Scots duo Hue and Cry.

All performers are legendary in their own right, with ABC’s debut album reaching number-one in the UK Albums Charts in 1982, Midge Ure performing in bands such as Rich Kids, Visage and Ultravox, and Hue and Cry producing endless hits in the early eighties.

Tickets for the event will go on sale this Friday, and can be purchased on ticketmaster.co.uk.
