The V&A will sponsor an Oor Wullie painted by jewellery designer Islay Spalding for this year’s BIG Bucket Trail

If you haven’t heard already, the Oor Wullie’s BIG Bucket trail is hitting the streets of Dundee in June, in aid of some terrific children’s charities.
Artists from across Scotland are painting their Oor Wullie models in prep for the trail launch already, each bringing something new and unique to their designs.
The V&A have just announced that they are sponsoring artist Islay Spalding for this year’s trail.
We’re delighted to sponsor @islayspalding for this year’s @OWBIGBucket trail ☺️
Islay will be painting her sculpture live in the museum this Friday from 14.00. Have a guess at what her unique design is if you see her! pic.twitter.com/FR0eS5l5Il
