Thousands of people celebrated the Dundee Flower and Food Festival’s 30th year at Camperdown Park at the weekend.
Fun for all ages
Plant-lovers, growers, foodies and children had a blast at the annual three-day event, which showcased horticultural highlights and some of the best grub around.
TV stars and celebrity chefs
Big names including TV host, farmer and former JLS star JB Gill, the One Show’s Christie Walkden, and Masterchef: The Professionals star Gary Maclean attended the event.
As well as showing off flowers and food, the festival also featured live entertainment, cookery and gardening demonstrations, competitions, family fun and a craft fair.
A huge crowd turned up to watch Cbeebies star Mr Bloom and his Band on Sunday.
Cooking up a storm
Demonstrations from some of the region’s top chefs, including Matthew Hebdon of Tailend and Jamie Scott of the Newport Hotel, went down well.
Camperdown House also opened its doors to visitors at this year’s festival for a cultural expo showcasing some of Dundee’s highlights.
