Riverside Nature Park: Reclaimed land never looked this good

Riverside Nature Park lies next to the town tip and is built on a former landfill site.

But STOP! Don’t click away — there’s really nothing rubbish about this place.

Riverside Nature Park offers great views south over the Tay.

Opened in 2011, the reclaimed land is home to more than 130 species of birds, including redshank, oystercatcher and curlew.

There’s even a herd of very photogenic Highland cows!

Riverside Nature Park.

Its meandering paths are great for a bit of wildlife spotting or for drinking in the view across the river.
